The TeeJet Quick Cap (yellow) secures the flat fan tip and tip strainer to the QuickJet (QJ) nozzle body, ensuring liquid flow from each nozzle. The cap fits TeeJet TP, XR, DG, TT, TTJ60 and AIXR series tips, and it is a direct replacement part for FIMCO sprayer booms with 4, 5 and 7 nozzles equipped with QuickJet nozzle bodies. A handy spare part to replace a worn or broken nozzle cap.

Do I need a separate gasket for the cap?
The cap is used with a nozzle body seat gasket (EPDM Seat Gasket). If the old gasket is in good condition, it can be reused – we recommend a new one if the gasket is worn.

What does the yellow color of the cap mean?
The color serves as an identification code, making it easy to distinguish tip sizes on the boom. The cap itself fits all the TeeJet tip series listed above.
