CFMOTO CVT Drive Belts

The CVT drive belt is the most important wear part in the continuously variable CVT transmission of a CFMOTO ATV. It transfers power from the engine crankshaft to the gearbox.

The original CFMOTO CVT belt is sized and manufactured specifically for CFMOTO's drivetrain, so it seats correctly in the pulleys and works together with the other CVT components exactly as the manufacturer intended.

In Takatalo's range you will find original CFMOTO CVT belts for ATVs and side-by-sides (SSVs), for example for CFORCE, ZFORCE and UFORCE models. Always make sure you choose the correct belt for your model and model year. If you are not sure, send us the vehicle's VIN or model and we will check the right part for you.

Why choose an original CVT belt?

Correct dimensions: the belt's width, length and angle match the manufacturer's specifications
Smooth power delivery: acceleration and engine braking work as they should
Protects other parts: a wrong or poor-quality belt can wear out the CVT pulleys and the clutch plates
Durability: our own experience in extreme conditions has shown that the original belt withstands really hard riding. In our own workshop we have also often found that an original CVT belt usually lasts longer than aftermarket belts

When should the CVT belt be replaced?

Check the condition of the belt according to the service intervals, and always if you notice any of the following:
- the belt slips or acceleration has weakened
- there is vibration or jerking while riding
- the belt makes noise or smells burnt
- the belt has worn narrower, cracked, or its edges are frayed

Heavy use, loads, towing, soft terrain and cold conditions wear the belt faster. It is a good idea to carry a spare belt on trips, during work use and on hunting trips.

FAQ

Does a CFMOTO CVT belt fit all CFMOTO models?

No. The belt is model-specific, and the correct part depends on the vehicle's model, model year and drivetrain. Check compatibility on the product page or ask us.

What is the difference between an original and an aftermarket belt?

The original belt is manufactured to CFMOTO's own dimensions and requirements. It guarantees a correct fit and compatibility with the CVT.

They are also excellent in durability and long-lasting.

Can I replace the CVT belt myself?
