Make winching easier by purchasing a larger winch hook.

It is easier to thread, for example, a tree protection cloth or rope onto a large hook.

The standard hooks are quite small and it is difficult to attach a cloth or other winching equipment to them. Especially when you are moving around in the countryside and with cold fingers you try to stuff a tree protection cloth onto a small hook, so after that you will eventually order a larger hook.

The hook "opening" is 30mm and the depth is 26mm.
